I had a great stay in this hotel. From caring staff to large room, everything in there shiny new. Wellness area in basement great, sauna on everyday. Great breakfast buffet with anything one might want. Definitely recommendable!

Everything was perfect.

Our room was outstanding, the bed extremely comfortable and breakfast amazing. The first time we stayed at the hotel breakfast was not included which I mentioned in my last review. I was very please to see that breakfast is now included in the price. It was a very pleasant staying highly recommended.

During my recent stay at Hotel Stadtpalais, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The modern design added a touch of elegance to my stay, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the fair where I needed to be. The hotel's proximity to the underground train station also made exploring the city a breeze. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious breakfast, with its fresh and high-quality food. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Stadtpalais for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend this hotel to others.

nice people in reception and restuarant

The place was perfect at the heart of city but very quiet at the same time.

there was not any internet service available to us in the lobby and there is no lobby. breakfast was not what I expected.

Fairly clean, attractive hotel with really kind and good staff at reception desk. Marvellous location in the centre of Cologne within minutes, functional style building. Just off a short taxi, Rhein river and a Metro.

We loved our recent stay at this hotel. Located within walking distance to the exhibition centers, it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the large windows provided an amazing view of the city. The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options to suit all tastes. We loved having access to the 24/7 snack bar and the helpful staff made our experience wonderful.

The lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room was a bit of a letdown.

The location was great for Arena!

The location to the Lanexess arena was the main reason for staying - ideal location. Incredibly friendly, accommodating staff, beds were really comfortable. The evening bartender was very professional and made wonderful cocktails.

we stay in deluxe queen room quite often, it is functional and brand-new. the location is handy and easy, 2 km from cologne chocolate museum.

We had an amazing stay here! The location couldn't have been more convenient - right in the center of the city, just across the street from the very very big Lanxess Arena. It was so easy to walk to all the sites and attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom that had a great shower and even a thermostat. Plus, the staff at the reception desk were really friendly and helpful.

This place is simply wonderful - we would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
